- Most sessions happen over secure video on the UCC platform. Audio, text, and selected in-person options are also available depending on the counsellor.
- How do I pay?
- All pricing is in PKR. Bank transfer is the primary payment method — the platform team verifies your transfer within 1–2 business days. Selected counsellors also accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card.
- Is everything I share confidential?
- Yes. All counsellors operate under PMDC-aligned confidentiality. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), and is never shared without your consent.
