Sessions start from PKR 3,000 and range up to PKR 25,000 depending on the counsellor's experience and the session type. Each counsellor sets their own rates, which are clearly displayed on their profile before you book.

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your first session you can request a full refund within 24 hours of it ending. We hold all payments in escrow until you confirm the session went well.

A reasonably modern phone, tablet, or computer with a webcam (for video) and a stable internet connection — 3G/4G or home WiFi is fine. No special software needed; you just click the link in your email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer to our partner banks (Meezan, HBL, and others), as well as mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Card payments via Stripe are coming soon for international clients.

How does the payment process work?

Payments are held in escrow by UCC until your session is completed. You transfer the amount to our verified account, upload a screenshot of the receipt, and we confirm your booking within 2–4 business hours. The counsellor only receives their share after the session is delivered.

Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?

Yes. Cancel 24+ hours before your session for a full refund, 2–24 hours before for a 50% refund. If you're not satisfied with a session, request a full refund within 24 hours of it ending. Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.

No hidden fees. The price you see on the counsellor's profile is the total you pay — taxes are already included, and there are no separate booking or platform charges added at checkout.

How do you verify counsellors?

We check government IDs, verify professional licenses, confirm academic credentials, and run background checks. Counsellors must demonstrate active practice and maintain a minimum rating to stay on the platform.

No. Everything you share is bound by professional confidentiality. The only legal exceptions are if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others — your counsellor will explain these limits in your first session.
